How to beat the recession
Do you have a house for sale? Waiting for that one buyer to walk in! It will happen, everything sells it just takes a lot longer these days. While you are waiting make sure your property is not looking tired. A few changes can make a world of difference. A coat of paint here, a few colourful plants in containers near the entrance and front door. Remember that prospective buyers normally fall in love with a house within the first few minutes. An inviting entrance is must. Try and remove clutter from your home, move from room to room and decide what can be packed away, it is surprising how many things we have that we dont really need. It is also good for you as a seller to move things around and create a new look here and there. Perhaps a few new scatter cushiocarolns here and there, a nice vase of flowers in the lounge. A scented candle in the kitchen, sometimes it is the little things which make so much difference. The changes also make you feel revitalised and you have new enthusiasm in marketing your property.
